Unlike traditional kimchi made with napa cabbage, our kimchi is crafted using European green cabbage, giving it an extra-crunchy texture and a fresh, vibrant flavor.
We proudly use locally sourced European cabbage to create a unique twist on the classic recipe — with no compromise on authentic taste.

Storage
Krunchi manufacture Kimchi on the day of order to keep freshness the most therefore once receiving the product, please slightly unscrew the lid to release the natural gas formed by fermentation process and continue to ferment the kimchi to get more natural healthy probiotics by leaving at room temperature for 2-3 days.
Keep Refrigerated (Ideally 0°C-5°C) after fermentation and serve cold. We recommend to consume within 15 days of opening.
How to enjoy
Krunchi products are best served from the fridge. You can enjoy straight from the jar and add into your salad or make it into a heart-warming kimchi soup. The options are endless.
